Hi All Thanks for the kind comments. I have done these ships as they are lower poly's than the superb ships done by Usio. I generally have avoided doing ships that have been available but small ships in high numbers with high poly's may make a strain on some computers. The ships are very similar to my earlier IJN DD's. I did this maintain continuity. So here we go. Cheers to all Stuart PS In a similar vein, I will put out an IJN Akizuki out sometime shortly.

In FS98, FS2000 & FS2002 you could disable any changes to the joystick configuration (by the flight simulator or by wayward add-ons), by adding the line "LOCKED=0" below the section, if it wasn't already there. So for example, in FS2002.cfg you would have: LOCKED=1 You would first make changes to your joystick mappings, buttons, axes, sensitivities, while LOCKED=0, and then lock it by changing the "0" to "1". This would prevent the flight simulator from changing any settings without your consent! :untroubled: Not sure if this works in FS2004. Paul

Is there a tailwheel lock for this thing? For the life of me, if it starts to wander off due to torque/p-factor and I kick in even a hair of rudder, the s-turn oscillation dance begins. The only thing I can do to tame it is to get the tailwheel up ASAP.

Brian, thanks for the pilot textures. The are now fully clothed and the glass is OK. I probably used different files to get the A-26K into FS2004 and then into FSX. I used the original SOH A-26 package, Bomber_12th's Counter Invader and your FSX conversion file that Greenhouse 357 posted further up on this thread. Is your original A-26K download available here at SOH or elsewhere?

I'm wondering if there's any FSX repaints done for Eagle Rotocraft Simulations De Havilland Canada Dash 8 Series I'm mainly looking for liveries of the 100/200 & 300 versions. I've searched but can't find any. It's the ex Dreamwings Design and I've aliased my VC to the Virtualcol De Havilland Canada Dash 8

Brian, it works! In this shot, it looks like there isn't any glass but, afterwords, I replaced it with another fsx glass texture and you can see the glass and reflections. So again, thank you very much! And thanks to all the others in this thread that showed interest and tried to help.

I have to admit, UT's newer Papua New Guinea sceneries have had me tinkering with a few missions, but just the simple ones that don't have a huge amount of added ground scenery. It's not really hard, just very time consuming. The patience to take on a whole campaign is beyond me I'm afraid. So many little details involved, getting the objects placed and facing the right way, the right elevation, correcting airfield locations and sometimes changing waypoints or even mission objectives, and that was an easy mission! Huge kudos to those that can do it though.
