Support being kind told me what was wrong and then did not tell me they changed the IP Address of the license to match the server. I then removed that IP because it was an extra and shouldn't have caused that issue. If it is going to be a problem I don't need or want it.
Now I am trying to get them to change it back. He told me I could change it but I can't. The change field is not under the Managed Support license.
