It was actually "world news" as we saw the images even on Dutch television. :biggrin-new:

In my plasticmodel days i had to go to London ( i am in the Netherlands, no internet then, just modeling hobby magazines.. ;-) to buy a few bottles. It is called 'Microscale Metal Foil Adhesive'. You can buy it anywhere these days. F.i. at Amazon: The trick is to have a model with indented panel lining. Do one panel at the time.( the foil wrinkles easily). When ready remove excess foil by pulling a sharp scalpel dipped in turpentine thru the panellines. Smooth out with cotton swap and toothpick. Good Luck!

I'd try a transparent layer of solid darkish green over your blue, Jan Kees. Or shove your blue hue up to the greenish area just a tad. Personally i can deffinately see a bit of green in the blue color particularly in this photo of N104NL. ( also check it with the blue sky up above..) Wonderful job nontheless ! :encouragement:

Ohhh, that brings back nice memories of putting together the Hasegawa 1/32 JASDF F-104J model trying the best way to apply a bare metal finish ( later on i used aluminium folie (aluminum foil) together with special alu foil glue and a toothpick. Undoubtedly the best way ! ;-) Lovely! Thanks ! :encouragement:

Hey Ken ! Jan Visser here. Great to see you here, mate ! :encouragement: We've come a looong way since your first ever FS DC-3 panel, haven't we ! I hope all's well with you and your family. Truly an amazing sim we've got now with MSFS, haven't we (although it still has its quirks.. :dejection: ). While we were working on our Classic Wings series who could've thought this was awaiting us in the future. Even with MS giving up on it and all.. Are you still in contact with any of the former Vipgroup members by any chance ?.. ( i talked to Eric Mitchell over Avsim but that's about 3 or 4 years ago..)

dcc started a thread road traffic in MSFS (FS2020)
I noticed today there's no road traffic anywhere, yet my setting is at 80%. I re-started the sim with everything out of my community folder and no change. I found a thread on the official forum that this happened a few months ago for a few folks and then resolved itself. Anyone else not seeing any road traffic? I'm wondering if I messed something up. - dcc

Looks great! I'm in awe of your productivity. Would this have been the last of the 110s with only a single MG for defensive armament?

FSHost should be working but I can't check right now. The server is running at The IP address is JoinFS I had to take off line. It constantly uses all my bandwidth on my network even with no one connected. When it runs I can't do anything on the internet. I asked my ISP for the upgrade but they have not responded to my request. That tells me they still can't do it on the tower I connect to.

Hah I was flying that same livery today as well. It's a little out there - I'd call it a tennis ball!
