Hey Ryan, I didn't know you were a member here as well. Once again, thanks for the work you've put into these models. Cheers

I'm with YoYo. Not really of interest for me. Seems very fiddly to set up, and has to be set up again if you move anything. Groping for the controls can be annoying sometimes, but it would still beat having images of my PC peripherals superimposed on the aircraft controls. I can't figure out who the intended audience for this is - especially outside of flight simming, where people don't use multiple specialized controllers. August

Thanks Ryan. I couldn't tell from Priller's post that he was heads-upping us about an update a few hours ago, but whatever, I'm eager to try the plane. Was flying it in P3dv5 this weekend, always a favorite. August

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Military skins - WWII Description: This is a repaint only, for the payware Vertigo Studios Stearman Vol.1 set. This repaint depicts a Coast Guard painted Stearman belonging to the Commemorative Air Force (CAF). This repaint was tested in FSX and P3D V5 and should work in any other versions of Prepar3D so long as you have the model. Installation instructions are included. By Eliijah Johnson. To check it out, rate it or add comments, visit Boeing-Stearman A-75N1 PT-17 N73449 The comments you make there will appear in the posts below.

I posted the updated (fully native) Sabre today as well. I haven't had much chance to test fly it since I updated the model, but it should work fine. I do know that this update breaks some of the add-on liveries that others put out for it because they copied the (now outdated) model folder into their own package instead of referencing the aircraft. Not much I can do about that, hopefully they update their files soon.

Ryan posted an update of the Sabre, which is why I said that it's now fully native and thus VR compatible. I wasn't lying. Priller

Love flying the Talon. Sports car with wings. Didn't much like pulling their ejection seats though. Heavy. NC

Downloaded and added to hangar! Not sure how much I'll fly it (not so much into vintage anymore), but it'll sure look nice on the ramps of various airports since the "isairtraffic" lines are all activated. All freeware deserves support!

That is not my understanding. One of the other threads says that the Sabre uses old FSX/P3D MDL files which crash VR as soon as you load the plane. If I'm wrong, or if Ryan posts an update, I'll be an enthusiastic user. I agree with Spook48, Facebook is trash but it is worth jumping in quickly just for these toys. August

Very strange I reinstalled FSX into new laptops to replace inactive nd retired laptops over years (one FSX per active laptop) and it never asked me for phone activation. Activation is done by accepting correct serial key code. Don't you have serial key code? Aharon

For me it's just a curiosity, it obscures the view and spoils the immersion. It's better to practice muscle memory what I've been doing for years in VR. :sentimental:
