This morning when I woke up it was 26 degs outside. Winds were around 10 ro 15 miles an hour so we had a pretty good water chop. Water temps around 40 to 45 in some places. The rock fish are running good at all the bridges. I have been watching this unfold today. Keep in mind this is a 18 foot boat.
