The model isn't new, just the skin.
The plane was released back in 2011, when the original documentation is all dated, and the created dates of the model file indicates that it was built back in 2009.
Nice plane though, and nice skins for it.
It's also on AvSim and FlightSim, where the download takes a few seconds rather than many minutes.
