A must have site is http://www.mission4today.com/index.php The VP Modpack is one of the best addons for Il-2 '46. Make sure you read up at this site as much as you can. Much work has been done for this combat flight sim over the years. Other than CFS3 i play this sim often and it won't let you down. Hundreds of aircraft are available and no chance in getting board. Be sure to learn as much as you can about the various updates and addons available before you do anything else. Have 4 installs covering WWI to the jet age. A lot of disk space is needed for all the various installs. Good luck.
