A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FS 2004 Military skins - World War II

Description: 4 sets of textures of four RNZAF Lockheed PV-2 Harpoons, NZ4701, NZ4702, NZ4703 and NZ4704 by Mark Rogers

These are textures only, and you must have Milton Shupe's FS9 version of the Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon, file name "harpfs9.zip" which you can download from Sim Outhouse for these textures to work.

The RNZAF had 48 PV-2s scheduled for delivery in 1945 and were intended to be replacements for the PV-1 Venturas.

The first four PV-2s were assembled at Kaneohe and were ferried to New Zealand. However the Pacific War was in the winding down stages by then, so they were not used operationally, staying in New Zealand and were ferried back to Kaneohe after only 3 - 4 months and the rest of the PV-2s on order were cancelled.
