    My mom passed in '91, and then my dad in '93. I am totally estranged from my siblings (two sisters). No contact with either of them, period, by choice. So it's a little strange for me. I am thinking of you today, shipmate. NC

    Sorry to hear this Butch! Lost my dad at 88 in 09...still seems strange that he's not there when I visit my mum.

    So sorry to hear of your loss Gray Eagle. I lost my father when I was in my late 20s. There's not a day that goes by where he doesn't cross my mind in one
    form or another. I happened to be moving some things around and found his Honorable Service lapel pin from WW2 and his basic rifleman's badge yesterday.
