    a2a aircraft

    how to install a2a into my p3d?

    i want to install my piper cub from a2a into my p3d..i even made a new folder and stuck the fsx.exe that came from somewhere..memory huh ? into the new folder yet cant install it....i cant reinstall fsx because it just wont go in.something wrong in my pc i guess.

    any help ?

    Place a copy of fsx.exe into your P3D V2.5 then using your FSX Registry Tool set a path to the Registry. Then when you run the A2A installer it will look for FSX in the registry and will install into P3D.

    That technique is pretty good for most addons, just bear in mind that if an installer adds an entry to the dll.xml it will still try and add it to the FSX dll.xml, not the P3d one so you'll have to put the entry in manually.
    I don't own the Cub, so I don't know if it's relevant in this case, just something to be aware of.

    i did as Pat said and it all worked fine..
    piper cub,
    anson
    P47
    P51
    accu thingy

    all went in fine and working as prescribed..
