another old model being given a new coat of paint...

Kudos to the original designers, some of these older models really do scrub up rather well when given some TLC.

This one is William Dicken's Bristol Bombay. Pepe is working up a new airfile & panel for me as we speak.

First up, a 271 sqn aircraft used to keep the BEF supplied during it's rather brief trip to the Continent in 1940

    Excellent job....

I share your opinion that some old models scrub up rather well....
Your great re-painting skills are of course the key to it... lol

    Hui,
if it helps, some years ago I made a new panel for the Bombay. It is available here and can be modified without asking

These old crates were beautiful old birds, eh?

Can't wait to add this one to my hangar! Beautiful work to all!

    Achim,

Thanks for the lead on the panel, I'm sure Pepe will make use of it.
