You might check with Tom Gipson at http://www.calclassic.com/ He has done a lot of older age scenery airports. Whether they will work in Prepa3d or not I don't know. I know Kenny at
http://www.fsvintageair.com/ Has been making some vintage scenery for Prepar3d, and does a great job. I think he would make up what you want.
