    New B-58 Aluminum

I've revamped my original pass at Glowing Heat Hustler skin...raw video. best viewed at 1080p. it's currently in P3D but it should work in fsx also.

Says it's "private" + need to sign in (?).
Striker, listen, and you listen close: flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

Perfect example of why Devs should provide an good paint kit with their product.

I'd buy this aircraft just for that repaint.

    That come up well Rick

Thanks Ian! I'm hoping others will enjoy it. I redid all the alphas, and specs from scratch. So nothing is the same from the previous version.

Awesome work Rick. For me, these bare metal jets are iconic for the real beginning of the jet age.

Light is best viewed in motion. Will release it tomorrow. (1080p best viewed)

Release is delayed for one small item I discovered. I won't have time to work on it until tomorrow though. So maybe tomorrow night or Saturday.

Thanks gman! I started making a weathered VC set for it but it's really bad even by "my" standards now. I'd like to revisit that again as well with some new knowledge and experience. There's certain textures that I simply couldn't find...maybe I ll ask CenturySeries here.

The model looks great but I'm not a fan of blue clouds. What the heck happened there??

Really nice job on this one Rick (using the B Bob envmap).

Expat, where did you get that scenery especially with the b-52s?

It is John Stinstrom's FS9 scenery at avsim. I had to pluck out some of the textures that didn't look right (it's not 100% perfect still). If you Google "Loring" over at the MAIW forum (FSX sub forum) you will find a thread on it and some guidance on which files to play with. I added the AI Buff's and did up the flightplans with TTools myself.
