    Allen,

This looks pretty good! We just have to do something about those stock bombs.

In my long list of things to do in my euro install it is on the list but British and German weapons came first. I been busy. German weapons from 50kg to 1000kg, Werfer-Granate 21 and Tube. British 250lbs to 1000lbs, RP-3 Rocket, RP-3 Rocket Rail, 48 gal drop tank. For the US it was the M-10 triple-tube rocket launcher and tube. Oh and there is the convert of the CFS3 P-47D-25 to a razorback model.

All of the above it done and in CFS2 but I do need to see if I can get UncleTgt to do some wear and tear to it. Right now it look like a factory fresh P-47D.

Right now I have DIDIER Patrick FW190A converted and ported into gMax for a rebuild. I have his Hawk Hurricane waiting. Still hunting for a BF109 to work from. I think I have about searched the internet backwards and forwards for one. I still need to get to work on looking for a Spitfire...

For those that want to see the original model.

    Guys,

I wasn't implying that they are not better replacements available, simply that those bombs stick out like a sore thumb in that picture.

    Shadow Wolf 07,

FDG for frame-rate friendly weapons, DBolt for eye candy.

Dblots are the best IMHO. Best in scale and looks. I don't notice that much of a frame rate hit with them, if any.

    Hey Allen,

Here are a couple options for the Spitfire,,

    Alphsim model.
    http://www.virtavia.com/Freeware/index.php

    also look here.

    http://www.freeflightdesign.org/fsds.html

has the YAS spitfires. They are FSDS models but could be imported to Gmax.

Only BF109 is an older model.

Well I'm thinking I will start the search for Spitfire after the Fw190 is done.

It has taken HOURS to get the wing mated to the fuse texture wise so I haven't gotten to any new work done other than adding wing landing gear. I did the simple tail gear and prop but that is about it.

After what maybe 24+ hours of work. (it really feels like 24+ hours of work!) The Vert Cockpit and Main LOD of the Fw190 are now in game.

I still have to fix what seem like a ton of seems around the wing and fuse that need to be welded or filled on the under side.

This 190 looks really good so far !

Did you make a new airfile, or did you use an existing one ?

I'm a bit lost about the version you made. It looks like a A-8 (4* MG151/20 plus pitot near the wing tip), but still with MG17s on the nose instead of the MG131s...

Right now the .air file is from CFS3 with the needed data added from the CFS1 Fw190 to make it work in CFS2.Not sure what A- it will be yet.

Looks to be pretty close to an A-6. The only thin that would have to change would be the location of the pitot tube.

Added the bulges for the nose guns. Setting it up as a A-8. Still need to do the bulges for the engine.

I'm trying to improve the AI landing but I think it is a lost cause to make the AI land. They nose dive in baddly...

Fw190 is uploaded and awaiting approval. I gave up on trying to make the AI land. If you do you can kiss about 6 of the 8 goodbye as the will nose dive shot of the runway....
