We flew on down to the "Redneck Riviera" aka the Gulf Coast, landing at Mobile AL. Traded the Curtiss for a Lockheed L10 Electra.

Decided to do a little "testing" on a work in progress on our flight to Georgetown SC. Gives a project a little sense of direction...

We flew on up to KMQI just down the road from KFFA where the Wright Brothers flew in 1903. We weren't too sure if we could get the propliners in and out of there.

A new look for an old favorite. Still have to redo the VC textures and re-arrange some gauges there though.

Great flight from North Carlolina's outer banks to Wash DC, even with heavy turbulence at the start of it. Just after take off, I made a few passes over the site of the Wright Bros first flights. Wasn't paying attention to what was in front of me and almost hit a radio tower on the climb out. I still don't know how I managed to miss it....

Hi there! Here are some photos of Flight 19 (two pilots). It seems we had one pilot out chasing some maverick, cattle I assume, per all the cowboy movies I have seen. All in all it was a good flight from GRU to KMVY, the next flight will be from KMVY to KRKD. Pretty soon we should be turning west and returning to Burbank, Cal. via southern Canada, and these should be some fun flights. Well aware that we will more than likely be butting head with some nasty headwinds. So, you all stay tuned to Flight 19. hehe

Sorry about not having any screenshots the past few nights. Seems my old screenshot program and Win 8.1 don't want to play nice together. On the hunt for a new one.

On another front, I got to missing the "Whale" and as we are in New England whaling territory, I figured it was time to go back to it as seen in Taco's pics above.

Got a couple of shots while waiting around at Martha's Vinyard before takeoff. Starting to look like a Whale convention....

Hi there!Well, it has been awhile since posting some pictures of the infamous Flight 19. Just before leaving KMVY me number one engine went a spell of not feeling to good, long story short, she blew a jug! It took a few days to get the parts in and replace the jug and test run the big R-2800, but, our luck changed and she ran perfect! Dudley and I got off asap in order to catch up with the flight we landed at KRKD just in time to take off for KPQI. Now, this place is way up in Maine boonies. At least we made it no problems with the plane. Now we are off for Canada inorder to start our junket across the Canada going west to the Pacific Ocean.

Hi all, again, some shots of last nights flight. One thing, I left the pilot seat and open the door to the cargo area, and oops! "Hey Dudley, I think we forgot something." no wonder we got off the runway so quick!

Nice flight from Sydney to St Pierre (?). I was having a few issues with the Stratoliner, so I swapped back to a little something that I know works well.

Hit there, Here are some photos of the last flight north before turning west. Like the wagon trains of the old west, "Westward Ho!"

Well here we go again! Unventful flight between CYYT to CYDF, but still a lot of that white sand on the ground as mentioned by one of the other pilot, but I still think it is snow! I sure will be glad when Spring comes to Canada it is cold up here(In FS9).
