Pulkovo. It's the main entry gate to the Czar's city, Saint Petersburg. It was built in the early 30s, Today is the third busiest airport by passenger traffic and with Sheremetyevo, one of the main ways to enter in the new Russia from outside,

Sheremetyevo. It's the second airport in the Moscow area. During years, Sheremetyevo was the only gate to enter to the heart of the evil's empire (the USSR).It was focused on international flights until 1991. This airport have 2 airports in 1. The first terminal actually operates domestic flights. The second terminal built for the Olympic Games of 1980 is located in the other side of the runways and haven't physical connection with the 1st terminal. This second terminal operates international flights.

Vnukovo. It's the oldest civil airport in the Moscow region. Also it's the fouth airport of Russia by numbers of passengers (year 2013) behind Shereremetyevo, Domodedovo and Pulkovo. It's the first choice for VIPs.

Domodedovo. This Muscovite airport is the busiestt Russian airport by passenger traffic. It was built in the sixties as a domestic airport to connect the center of the power with the most distant places of the empire. The first supersonic airliner, the Tu-144 was based here. In the modern Russia, all Muscovites airports competes with others.

Added a interesting airport. Very very far from Moscow...Careful wih the fuel!

Tiksi. This airport serves an old important port of the artic route. Today only a few civil aircrafts and detachments of Tupolev Tu-95 maintain the activity. Also it's an important alternate airport for the artic flight route. Operate to or from this airport is a real Challenge!

Wholeheartedly agree - plus, in addition to the scenery, there are lots of repaints for the Project Tupolev and similar models, especially some of the old Aeroflot and more obscure Eurasian airlines that fly/used to fly the TU-134, -154, etc equipment.

Additionally, if the early 1960s Cold War era is your particular flavor of Russian scenery, Calclassics did a really smart Moscow Airports package, featuring Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo, as they were in 1963. A companion pack also featuring that period, but focused on Asia (incl Pyongyang, Beijing, is also available. These are designed for FS9, but work perfectly fine in FSX. http://www.calclassic.com/scenery.htm
