    That tanker on their facebook page looks pretty nice!

    Of course, it remains to be seen whether I'll be able to use it. It took me half an hour the other night to get barely half full with fuel in the F-14. Most of my time was spent trying to chase down the tanker without overshooting it. And then I found I had real issues with over-correcting from side to side, causing all sorts of dancing about.

    I could not wait any longer... Sweetness

    just gettin her going but on first landing I deployed parachute and nothing happened... ended up over shooting and in the bay looked in manual and it does not tell you much other then the location

    Keep the nosewheel up, and use aerodynamic braking?

    I just pick nice long runways to land at, and wear out the (virtual) brakes.

    Both above suggestions work very nicely after some practice. You can even stop in shortish runways if you keep you approach at marginal speed and a shallow glidescope.

    with it being my first landing I was coming in a little hot.
