Thanks for the heads up! I've been wanting the P-47. May have to splurge...

Just a point. If you are going to buy a bundled product like the P51 or Spit, the price will be lower if you enter each piece separate rather than as a bundle. You will not get the 25% off of the accusim if you bundle, just the $5 discount. If you enter as separate items you get 25% off each item but loose the $5 bundle discount, but total will be less.

FSX noob question...is the individual ACCU-SIM addon worth the price of admission? I'm looking a picking up a couple of models and wondering about the addon per model price!

    Thanks

Yes yes yes. A thousand times yes.
I own several and accusim is what turns a great add on into an incredible add on.

A2A aircraft without accusim is like buying a car without a steering wheel, you can always turn it with a pair of visegrips

Thanks very much for the HU.

Had my eye on the P-40 + Accusim pack for a while (I put it in my basket the other day).

I agree 100%.....A2A Aircraft are great planes, But once you add accusim to them, It becomes a whole new world.....
When I bought my first A2A aircraft, it was the WOP3 P40. I was hesitant about adding the Accusim to the purchase. But when I installed the plane, I took a few flights in it, without accusim.....It was nice, the detail of the plane was awesome compared to others, But everything changes once I add the accusim to it.....
Then it was a "WHAT A RUSH" experience.....
The P40 with Accusim Is a Very hands on aircraft......
The P51 is a great aircraft without Accusim, but once its added, I can really see why it was called the Cadillac of the sky's. Then they added the civilian version of the mustang, which had some improvements. including that awesome whine/whale.

My best advise to anyone who wants any of these planes, is WATCH THE VIDEOS, And make a choice....Believe me YOU WONT BE SORRY.

Thanks for the information. This explains why the total was more than I was expecting the last time A2A had a 25% off sale.
The P-40 is the only warbird I don't have, will get it and order the plane and accu-sim separate.

I've actually been thinking about getting the 3D lights redux. Can anyone comment on if it's worth it? $11 isn't very much...

Do they affect performance at all?

I have not noticed any performance hit, and yes, they are more than worth the money.

+1. Been wanting to try the one of their new GA offerings. Decided to park a Cherokee in my hanger with this sale. Only 50 minutes on the aircraft, but so far, so good. Guess I need to check the manual soon.
