A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Skins

Description: This is a repaint of the JF Chipmunk representing a New Zealand based aircraft ZK-CPY.

The missing stars on the underneath is intentional, there used to be it's Australian reg serial placed there.

Did you make a special panel for this plane?
The instructions show panel=WS.
Following the instructions, the plane did not appear, I removed the "WS" and it now shows in the free flight aircraft file.
