NOTE:
I just discovered that the specular shine on the pilot models is determined by a portion of the texture "F16D_01_T_Specular.dds".
Sadly, I have used the same texture, including abovementioned portion, to make the tail of ET-210 more shiny.
So you will have to choose between overly shining pilot overalls, or a less lustrous tail (by deleting "F16D_01_T_Specular.dds" from the "Texture.RDAF2" folder.).
Sorry about that, I don't really have a better solution.
