A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Other

Description: This patch will enable startup engine exhaust smoke effect for the AS F-4. I used it for the Navy Pack 1 version. It may or should work for the other packs. Also, it will allow throttle control AB effect.

Enclose are the files and a read me file as a guide.
