Special startup effects exclusive for the Howard.

NOTE: Fixed version of the missing cargo eng_t.bmp.
If you have download the previous version you can copy the eng_t.bmp from the passenger version to the cargo version and overwrite.

Oh what a beautiful day! I have been waiting like so many others for this plane - and I obviously missed the first version.

I've been working really hard the last couple of weeks. Today is my first day of R&R - and what a fine gift to enjoy myself with!
