A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 3 Other Add-Ons - Ships

Description: This is a Japanese Seaplane Tender For CFS3, Made by stumpjumper1, with some little bits added by me.

If you want to install it in one of the add-ons it should be ok, You will just have to check the effects in the .XML to make sure they tally with the effects in game, open the effects file with notepad and do a search, so a big thanks to Stumpjumper1, for making the ship,and also for giving permission to upload.
