    FSX freeware "autosave" utilities

Have downloaded from avsim/flightsim one or two of these with mixed results in times past. Worked well for awhile and a godsend of course when that long flight is stopped due to some unforeseen memory leak or overheating cpu etc. I uninstalled though because I found each time in took its "snapshot" e.g. every 5 minutes it would stutter or hang my system. However, after one too many ruined almost perfect flights, I have re-installed one or both progs but they don't seem to work or I get error messages like they have some kind of bug. Any other alternatives or experiences out there?
Striker, listen, and you listen close: flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

FSUIPC has an autosave function that you might want to look at.

Details are in the FSUIPC4 User Guide p.11.

    Regards, Dave.
