Rog, PCAviator actually has this on sale for a week. Its part of their standard 7 day sale program -- one new discounted product every day. That means each product will eventually come around for their other special program --10% off Tuesday.
Being retired, I pay close attention to PCAviator's specials. They have saved me a ton of $$ and allowed me to acquire planes I would have otherwise passed on. I can't come to grips with $40.00 planes -- except for A2A Accu-Sim offerings:mixedsmi:

it means something, but I just can't remember what
You're right it ends on the 12th October. I misread their front page and have edited the thread starter post.

Must resist, must resist...
Can't do. Sorry.
Have to purchase this. I may still wait for the 10% off tuesday to get bit lower price as I'm right now enchanted and learning with A2A Stratocruiser CoTS, I have their B-17 Accusim yet unflied so as is RealAir Piston Duke in its CD-box. Many other great aircraft I have bought just stand in my hangar without getting that much air
I hate my P3D/FSX! Too many good addons and too little time :mixedsmi:

It's a great addon, I really enjoy it a lot.
I got it when Flight1 had it on a weekly special earlier this year.
For under $20USD, it's a bargain worth getting and adding to the hangar.
There are some really good repaints for it as well, and alternate vc color textures available, if you search around.
Is this the same one as the F1 BN-2?
Cheers
Pat

Yes.

(Virtavia was the developer, Flight1 was the publisher, as I understand it)
Thought it looked familiar. Will have to pull it out of the back of my hangar and dust it off.
Cheers

I don't do Flight One installers if I can avoid it. Are the purchases via PCaviator the same type of install process, or otherwise?

Great deal and sweet plane. Excellent bush beater I might say.
The alternate vc color textures are here: http://www.mirage4fs.com/Alphasim/.

Picked it up as well--Thanks for the heads up!
And thanks for the shockwave lights and the link to the different VC's!

Oops, sorry Frank! I forgot you were the one who did those! :redf:
Thanks for doing those, and also for linking them.
BTW they look great, Frank.
The gold panel goes well with Chris "Eagleskinner" Brisland's San Juan repaint.
Just FYI for others interested.
I set them up like RealAir does with their VC textures, separate VC texture folders and then edit the texture.cfg file for the corresponding repaint to display them in.
Makes it easy to swap panel colors that way, just a quick edit of the first line in the texture.cfg file.
Hey Everybody,
This is my first post in a while here, just popping out of the woodwork after a major hiatus in FS flying, FSx feels like a new sim now! I always try to look for good deals when they are available, as money is a bit tight, so with that in mind, and not wanting to dampen my (or others - it looks like a great little plane with awesome visuals) enthusiasm for this aircraft - just a minor question, do the switches make a sound when clicked - the rest of the sounds seem to be very good, having watched/listened to Mark's review. This could be just the plane I need to spice up FSx, bar the odd supersonic jet-fighter or GA trainer. :-)
Craig.

Yes they do, and rotary knobs make a racheting noise when turned.
