    More airliners...

My sister and brother-in-law traveled to Turkey today, and since I have a week off decided to see them off at Schiphol. Always a good excuse to grab the camera, especially since Emirates started a daily route to Amsterdam with their Airbus A380, and that's an aircraft I didn't see before!

And here it is, getting ready to land at the 36C (There used to be a great spot to watch the aircraft there, but now we have to go to the outside of the 36R, quite a long way from the 36C!):

Also four engines, but much smaller:

    KLM 737 in retro livery:

    Somewhat dirty KLM 747ERF:

Over to the center of the field, the terrace that span a few piers and gives a good view of the 6-24, 4-22 (In the distance) and 18-36C. Due to shifting winds the aircraft were now taking off in the opposite direction:

Nice paintwork on this Dash-8 Q400:

    A380 going back home again:

Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.

    Cargolux 747:

KLM MD-11, the first ones are currently being retired:

Although slowly replaced by Embraer 190's there are still plenty of Fokker F70's around:

    Egyptair 737:

After a short rain shower and a quick drive I had a view from the opposite side:

    While the sun slowly sinks:

Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.
