    Feasible JATO

I think its safe to say, most people here have the Captain Sim C-130 now.

With the advent of Acceleration, we had the option to add nitro to our airplanes.

Now, I'm no developer. But I know there are several on SOH.

In theory, you could add the nitro line to the C-130's .cfg, and code an XML gauge for the existing JATO switch in the C-130's VC. When the switch is tripped, the gauge does its work, activates the nitro AND displays the smoke all at once.

    Could this work?

That would make flying a Herc more interesting.

This would be a good one for Rob. It could function with a gauge, and the effects of flame and smoke could also be done. This would enable the complete system to function in FS.
