    Bell 222 (freeware)

As to think my work stops, guess not This is what I have in the pipeline which is about 90% completed. Need some final mapping to be done, final gauge tweaks, rework the sound system, adjustments here and there....oh what fun But in the end, it will be the best complex freeware helicopter out. This is the model that formed Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations. Originally started by Alan devins and taken over by ERS 2 years ago. With this project, I have learned alot of FSX designing and materials, I learned XML on my own, although I'm no expert. The final result will feature a twin engine setup similar to Jordan Moore's Bell 412 and Cera SimAircraft Bell 212/412/222. As complex as it getsName: 7710747916_7bf6eab47d_o.jpg

As development of our Bell 222A for FSX wraps up, I just wanted to share a few screenshots to get everyone excited about the release.

This project has changed so much since its beginning. Plans we have had for the project significantly changed throughout development. The final release of the 222 will include only a few liveries (the Airwolf one and possibly a few others) and two model variants, as well as default gauges (with systems). Over time, we will release expansion packs that will add more liveries, models, and give fully functional custom gauges. Due to our level of commitment to payware projects we are helping with (Milviz) and the level of detail going into our own next project, we simply can not afford to make the 222 all that we wanted it to be for release. Don't worry though, as we still have plans to expand it over time.

Enjoy these three screenshots. I will add more as I have time. We will also be updating our facebook page with news and photos.

That looks amazing and stop apologizing. Life comes first, surviving second, and then everything else. Anyone who doesn't like it is free to go make their own.

    Thanks for the update.

The price tag doesn't allow for anyone to complain, specially if it has some system depth

One of the most beautiful copters ever, thanks for your efforts and for releasing it for free.

Looking forward to this, recently started helicopter lessons and found that FSX helis had transfered some skills. And was able to do a takeoff, landing and hover in the first lesson. Thanks for all the hard work!T

We've discussed the possibility of doing a LongRanger. We have nothing specific to announce at this time, but if this ever changes, we will let the community know. I'm not saying yes, but I'm not saying no, either.
