AVIA-56 Photoshop Paintkit By Nigel Richards For the Avia-56 by Milton Shupe 22/04/2012 ----------------------------------------------------------- Following numerous requests for an Avia 56 paintkit, finally here it is. We have provided fully layered files for all exterior surfaces to allow completely free access to all areas of texturing. This means that by accessing the full range of layers, you can now add, subtract or vary all elements - rivets, panels, scratches, highlights, weathering, as well as the actual graphics layers for colours, markings etc. It is also our hope that those teetering on entering the world of texturing for the very first time, will be encouraged to explore layers, which should also effect a form of hands-on tutorial illustrating the logic involved. So get some good reference pics, fire-up Photoshop and enjoy going creative for YOUR AVIA-56 paint schemes. And remember; FS is for sharing - and we'd love to see the results of YOUR work. Will you lookit how fast my lil buddy covered what appeared to be a gross oversight on my part.

Truth is tho, I's reckons all ye good folk here's been takin' too much o' Hawkeye's prescribed 'ouzo, lemon juice and sunshine'. Dang!

Someone around here kindly enquired after 'Nigel's' paintkit for the Avia 56...

I couldn't believe it!
"Finally, I's gonna get to see some frrrresh paint slapped all over one of the sexiest examples of aviation simulation" I says!

BUT! :

"Nooo, Never heard of it":came the slurred cries of disbelief from around 'THE HOUSE' (in between gulps of ouzo or tequila no doubt).
"load o' Cod'swallop!":amongst slurrrps, burrrps, whoops, jeers and uncouth sign-languge from the die-hards.

"I never EVER received one o' teh dang thangs":came another reply from another, usually sober corner.: "NEVER!...BAH!" (As he continued tapping away)

"'EE aint never done a paintkit!...'r else the place...(hiccup...burrrp) would be teemin' with mult-eye colored Avia's ol over the dang place"...hunh?

"and there aint NONE, s' there!"...glug, glug...(they've now switched to ice-cold Bud to wash down that nasty ouzo stuff)

"prolly disappeared with all them lost attachments everyone was griping about months ago!"...guzzle...



I even started a thread about it back in APRIL(!!!) when the dang paintkit made it's debut. It must have lasted about 3 days before getting shovelled into one of those sorry thread-pits where all such threads are sadly destined.

I think this is the Avia 56 Paint Kit Matt uploaded. Nigel's post showed it as the Avia 51 paint kit but seemed to contain the 56 data.
