    rain, and more rain

on holiday in Sweden, where it is wet, very wet, very very wet....

Luckily I brought an old laptop, with FSX and Photoshop, and though it is barely able to cope, I did manage to paint a few 505th FS/339th FG Mustangs while hoping for better weather:

Yea, we have the wettest and coldest summer since the 13:hundreds. Stockholm had the coldest summerday ever recorded a couple of days ago. So far this summer i've gotten my motorcycle out of the garage 6 times.
It's always nice to fire up the sim and dream yourself away from reality for a while.

Sorry to hear you have such poor weather on your holiday JanKees. But the weather here is not much better. The hotel people are complaining already and say the weather forecast is much to negative. So now we have nice rain, nice thunderstorms and lovely gusty winds.....

Take care JanKees and be sure to spend some time with you wife and daughters as well!

    Cheers,
    Huub

Sounds like the same weather we're having in the north west of the UK: lots of rain, very overcast and quite cool too.

We have some thunderstorms here in the east coast of America! Seems like the whole flightsim world is being washed out!

Well for a change, yesterday was 106 in the shade in Redding, CA. I told my wife after walking about a 1/2 mile in my sandals to get the mail my feet looked like to potato cakes fresh off the grill. Please if you would send a little rain to the west coast of the U.S.

Global warming estimates say that the ocean currents will substantially cool Europe and the Mediteranean climates. This will be due to changes in the ocean. I personally think it's part of the bigger action of the Earth vasilating from hot to cold. Just relax. All will be OK.

good thing about the weather is that I can't change anything about it, I just to take it as it comes...

and in the meantime, after one final adjustment, I uploaded my two 339th FG aircraft on OZx, so I hope you'll enjoy them.
