    Hola Canion!

#1 is a trop filter or the U7 modification, external intakes in an attemp to improve the Fw190A's high altitude performance. Tested on three Fw190A-3 and used operationally on a few Fw190A-4.
#2 is just the usual Anton cowl.

#1 It is the intent to trop filter.
#2 I'm not understanding (Anton cowl)

La humedad Platence, Terrible. Yo casi tambien.
    Espero q´mejores.

I mean, that is just how every Fw190A looks in this place, as long as it doesn't have a trop filter or the U-7 external air intakes.
The Fw190A was often refered to as "Anton" whereas the Fw190D was the "Dora".
"cowl" or better "cowling" is the engine cover.

    Saludos Mario

I've been tinkering with giving this excellent bird some new textures. It's a fantastic model & should be an overwhelming success. However, the texture mapping for the fuselage is broken down into 4 main sections which makes for a real problem lining things up properly, especially with a mottled color scheme. Would it be possible to re-map the fuselage in one section back of the cowling? I realize that this would most likely require a new (third) .bmp but would make the skinner's task much easier.

To resolve this problem must reverse engineer, reassemble the fuselage of the correct mode. out. (Left side). Mark a horizontal or vertical line between sections and check continuity: in the model. Once adjusted for continuity. Would not give problems.
The configurasin particular mapping is due to the maximization of resources.
When you use the VC model uses only one.

One of the more tedious it is to organize the scheme.

I'm glad you appreciate the model.
