I loaded in Acceleration and it didn't work. So I deleted it and reloaded it with the same results. I had Acceleration before but don't remember how to get the P-51s to fly.

Did you load acceleration into a fresh install of FSX?if not that may be the problem. If installed correctly all you have to do to fly them is just select from the menu and fly away.
I first put in FSX abd followed it with acceleration.
