Nice choice of plane Mike (Baron on my shortlist of dream planes to own).

Cut short to Kimberley for RW considerations...maybe pick up a few diamonds to make the stop worthwhile.

Rob, the Milviz aircraft model sure is "purdy". As important, the flight model seems fine at first glance. Good effort.

Mike, I hope you better navigating than I did on the first couple of legs out of FACT in the Bonanza. I was chasing NDBs when it suddenly dawned on me that I had all this other navigational stuff I could be using instead.

Yes, Willy. All these new-fangled devices sure make the navigating a push-button affair. Where are the traditional stopwatch and beads of sweat?

    Departing for Joburg.

Milk run into Rand. Empty country gives way to farmland and then the hills of Johannesburg jump up on you.
