He needs to move the seat back to get out and he will take off the headset when you shut the main battery off .

The old Century AP was disabled when the new ones went in , in the first few beta tests nobody noticed it worked when it was turned on and the RW Pilots all said no plane would leave both operational , hence the INOP tag on the buttons .
