Thumbs up New campaign..."In the Army Air Force!"

    Good evening,

Allen has made his first foray into the campaign world, with "In the Army Air Force." It's going to take me a couple of days to want to touch CFS2 again after working in the library for five days, but I'll take a look-see shortly.

In the meantime, hopefully others will lend you their support and expertise!

"Of course it's clear. Every American has the right to hang a pair of bear arms on their wall. How can that possibly be misconstrued?"

    Thanks for the shout out!

The missions maybe held by together by a shoe string but I loved to fly the P-39 and P-38s to spite that elevator lock up at high speed.

    Allen,

I'm not a big fan of the P-39 or P-38 but wanted to checkout your missions. The one thing is I like to fly in NG and enjoyed the few missions (4) I tried. What I've seen in the MB your missions are formed very well.

I hope you do more missions and campaigns.

One bit of advice I learned from Pen32Win many years ago, using Fighter sweeps instead of Intercept works just as well if not better.

If plan on doing more Campaigns you can always ask for help or advice from Rami,Shadow Wolf or I. The 3 of us discuss mission building on skype.

New campaigns are always welcome. It's now in my collection and loaded into my PTO CFS2 install. Thank you, it will be fun to fly.
    Cheers,

I like the P-39. It should be in the ball park of the 1% but for the lower stall speed. (88 mph 1% mine 86 mph.) That helps the AI be able to land and full supercharger cut out is at 17000 and not 12000 that the 1% used.

The P-38F is to fly. The P-38G is better if you use the "Combat Flap" (lower flaps once and only use at or below 250 mph) The P-38J is fun for the most part. Having the "Combat Flap" of the G and Much better rate of roll than the F or G plus dive recovery flaps

I did find Fighter sweeps instead of Intercept worked well for US aircraft. You can see this in the last few missions. The Japanese woked fine with Intercept but the US would kinda wonder around.

No plans yet for any more campaigns.

    Thanks!
