P40 Kitthawk found in Sahara

Saw an item this morning that a WWII Kittyhawk was found crashed in the Sahara. The plane is in relatively good shape and the pilot apparently survived (for a while anyway).

Thanks for the links guys, it was eerie seeing the inside of the cockpit and panel almost pristine. I hope they find the pilot's remains and bring him home
