Ooh I can't wait to see this bird fly.
Those 5 exhaust stacks do look weird don't they?
I've never heard a live Mossie, but that would sound a lot different from say a Spitfire, then.
Thank you for the link, Paul!
Seems the plan, according to Warren Denholm, is to be flying in September.
September?...I will make sure I'm there!
Here's the proof Paul (posted a couple of days ago): http://warbirdinformationexchange.or...p?f=26&t=45544 : )
It also supports Jerry Yagen's claim, a month or so back, that it would be flying around August/September.
Hope the hell I can make it....

Gerry is looking forward to it flying, and coming to the museum. Unfortunately we do not have the space for her!! They better hurry up and get the Cottpus hanger finished so we can move all of the German birds, and Ju-52 over there. I can't wait till the Mosquito gets to the museum. Are you guys going to come visit it? If so let me know, and I can be sure I am there that day to walk you guys around. I will also let you guys know when we get a date of when it will be here in the Virginia Beach. In fact if I see Gerry this weekend I will be sure to ask him.. However the last time one of us asked about it he said they were missing the lower engine cowlings, and some other small bits and bobs.... Although he may have found those between then (our airshow 2 weeks ago at the museum) and now.
