After looking at the large photo of the capital building (which according to Texas lore is "one foot" taller than the US Capital, thereby keeping with the Texas law that everything must be bigger in Texas), I decided it could use a little vertical straightening for the wide lens distortion. So I went back to LightRoom. Here is the result.
