    Hey guys,

I mentioned this in the staff forum a couple of days ago, but my mom started kidney dialysis yesterday, and thus far things are not going too well. I will get to the uploads in due course, right now they are all approved.

Part 2 of the remaining Italian aircraft from the Archive have been uploaded.
Question of should some of the old models go to a new Archive especially where there are newer models that can be used ??????

I was also looking at combining some of the files but the readme's were obvious that the files were not to be altered.

    Thumbs up

Personally I would upload all versions i.e. everything, then we know we have as much as we can get. Maybe later weeding can get rid of uneccessary files.
I think also it may take a lot of time and effort to decide which is the newer version or which is better(?). An older version may have the sound file or DP etc aswell, and that the newer one may only be an mdl update without all the other files?

It's your call, as you're doing the work!

Again many thanks to you and others for all the effort. Over 7000 add-ons!!! Phew!, that's a hell of a lot of choice.

    Cheers

    Shessi

    Good evening,

Go ahead and upload, we can always sort that out later.

    Hello all

Have run out of time to do any more updates for the time being.

Hopefully in about a months time will be able to finish off what I was doing, assuming no one beats me to it, what is left that I was hoping to do is saved, just need to upload it.

A suggestion before the archive is switched, that the existing pages are saved as either PDFs or some other format so that people can reference that information to find out what they will be looking for. Otherwise there will be lots of posts about 'does anyone know or have.....'

    Regards SGV

    Hey guys,

Since I was doing the BoB readmes, I uploaded a few aircraft tonight...Wolfi's Stuka, with the model update, and the paint kit. I also uploaded the Hurricane, Bf-109, and Spitfire package by Skywolf, and the Bedford truck.

Exclamation Important news on the library transfer...

    Hey guys,

One of the things I've been working on since I released BoB a few days ago is to go through my readme files for my campaigns and missions, updating all the links in the process, as well as uploading files when required.

For other people who have released campaigns and scenery packages, I would greatly appreciate that you take the time to go through your readme files and ensure that all of the objects, aircraft, scenery, ships, and vehicles have links (if you use this method) that direct you to the new library, rather than the old archive.

Here's how you can tell the difference...

    Old archive link: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/download...ds&FileID=7781

    Newer link:
    http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...atid=16&id=626

    See the difference?

    Thanks in advance,
    "Rami"

As Seagull V asked could we save existing pages in a off line fourm and when it the archive gose off line how much is being shut down? Could I save a complete webpage and would the links still work? Ex: If I click on a file would the pop-up window still work?

    Allen,

I'll check, but I think not. As I said, it's largely aircraft and skins at this point.

    Maybe it will.

I'm trying to download all US aircraft. I have 4 pages that have 100 aircraft each left.

I must of passed 100s of German and Italian aircraft. If some one would pic one and start downloading them it would be nice. Download the aircraft and Copy and Paste the description of the aircraft into a notepad. Save it and move to the next aircraft.

Although I have most of CFS2 airplanes and many of the skins from 2005 onwards downloaded in my HD, I can not be sure that I have all of them. So if you tell me wich page is needed, so we donŽt DL the same one, IŽll DL them and keep you posted.
