Ive been flying it for 4 hours now and have not found anything to complain about! So much to go through on the manual now - avionics are emmersive and nicely done.

Good to hear! I just loaded it up quickly, as I am busy running errands today...but I must say that the textures look awesome in HD!!! The sounds are great, and the VC is outstanding. A bit disappointed by the lack of reality xp integration, but everything else avionics-wise makes up for it! Hopefully I can get a flight in soon....

From everything I have seen so far, this is one of, if not THE best offering from carenado (sans RXP integration)! This plane is GORGEOUS!!! The sounds are spectacular, and the avionics (as equipped) are very good and all functional. I have a feeling that many of my other twins are going to feel neglected after this purchase!

Anyone else finding that their overspeed needle is non-functional? Want to make sure it's not on my end before contacting support.

I also have to mention the fact that King AIr C-90's do not really EVER come equipped with a GNS 430 or 530 in real life. The ones I have flown in have all been Collins Pro-line or Avidyne...so for the sake of realistic depiction tha Carenado model is more realistic than, say, one with the RXP gauges installed.

I agree with you... most of the BE9L's I've seen don't have any Garmin 430/530...

But the problem is that in real life the avionics have up-to-date navdata. There's no way to achieve this in FSX without RXP or navigraph... hence why the C90 needs RXP support.

Just a quick note , download went normal as well as the install ... but I'm now getting the "Fatal Error" meassage.

Sent a ticket to Carenado, will keep you all posted to a positive conclusion ... I hope

Just as an fyi, Bert Pieke has posted an interim 'band-aid-fix' for the integration of the reality xp GNS 430 over in the avsim carenado forum. I have not yet tested it myself, but I am sure it works at least on the most basic level allowing that database to govern aircraft navigation, and WAAS approaches.

I am really enjoying this aircraft, but just for full disclosure for those considering purchases, here is a small bug listing (compiled from my own experiences and data from other forums):

Pitot heat switches work, but don't actually do anything.
Bleed air switches work, but do not affect anything (pressurization)
Autofeather lights when switch is flipped do not come on at right time. (Always on is incorrect)
Startup sound loops before reaching 12% N1 for startup.
Engine 2 startup sounds (and some other sounds for 2) are missing.

I just had my first flight and the fps is about the same as the Milvitz F15 which isnt good. I am going to reboot and see what happens.
And yes this is with the reduced detail model without the rear interior.
This seems to be a trend the last few paywares so maybe a new computer is long overdue.

...Cool! That would be a first (as far as my personal experience goes) but it is nice to know that adding that particular configuration isn't totally out of the question! Thanks for the info! Makes me feel better about mucking around with the panel!
