U.S. NAVY in COLOR Background UIRES set uploaded

Just uploaded it, so should be available shortly. I wanted to do a high quality background set for the U.S. Navy to replace the cartoon stock CFS2 UIRES screens. It's done almost 100% WWII period Kodachrome photos - the one exception is the captured screen. There are no color photos available for that one. Otherwise, the quality of the photos range from acceptable to astounding. Especially one photo I used for the mission loading screen which looks to be SBDs that are returning from the Battle of Midway, taken over the Midway lagoon. Notice the cowling ring dents and horizontal tail damage on aircraft number 5. The original photo is just titled "Midway".

Anyway, I hope you all will enjoy the game screen graphics upgrade.

Nice work, CK! One of my favorite addons ever - highly reccomend this to anyone remotely interested in USN aviation in CFS2. Very well done. Although B&W photography is the norm for the WWII timeframe, these color photos bring the reality home. This really happened.
    Best Regards,
