    New releases, where are they?

I know that the latest pay ware releases have been given their own section on the SOH, but where is it? I feel as though I’m missing everything (always assuming that anything new has been released recently)
If members can't find what's new, developers are going to miss out on a lot of sales, unless I’m the only one who can’t find them!
    Regards,
    Ian.

The only new release at this moment is Putput's Bolo. The announcement has been made a sticky as usual. As we foresee into some practical problems with a "what's new" section we are currently reviewing this idea. As this section was still empty it has been removed from the forums.

    Cheers,

I am not sure, but I think you have to be added to the Whats New section to access it..

As Huub posted, the Admins & Staff are still working on how to set up the New Release announcements. For now, it is turned off. We'll let everyone know when we're done scratching our heads on how to get all the bugs hammered out.

Thanks for the replies. I’m just a bit worried that if the “What’s New” section is not managed correctly, then a lot of developers are going to miss out on publicity and consequently sales, which will, of course be detrimental to our hobby.<o></o>
Is a sub-section in the FSX forum a workable idea?<o></o>

Myself, Dave Molyneaux and Brian Horsey are currently beta testing our latest FS2004 project and should be in a position to release in about ten days time. I presume when available this will take the form of a sticky?

    Happy Landings,

    Martin

No problem Martin, there will be a way to announce/advertise the release.

    Cheers,

    I'll repeat myself.
The Admins & Staff are still working on how to set up the New Release announcements. For now, it is turned off and we're just using stickies for announcements as we have in the past.
