Here's my setting. If you don't own ALPHA F-104 or Captain Sim 707, then you will need to use a different AB and smoke effects.

Just replace light 8 thru 11...

Great shots of a truly awesome beast!!. But can I ask, does anyone else get a no-show with the electrical and warning panels on the cockpit right side? Is there a fix for this?

As an aside the Hustler was offered to the RAAF at one stage!

Ah Perfect! Turns out I had these effects! Yahoo!

I added the config changes lights 8 thru 11.Now I don't have any AB effects.maybe I did read it wrong.I don't have the F-104 or the 707?.Are the changes only for those that have the F- 104 and the 707 etc?.

Since I don't have the F-104 or the 707.Could anyone PM me the effects of both planes.If infact it is effects that go into the effects folder of FSX.I hope I don't have to buy the planes in question.Is the Alpha F-104 for AB effects a freeware plane,or payware?.

Both payware. I got the F-104 many years ago and the 707 recently.

Oh well.

I guess I'll have to put the backed up acft confg I had.I hope I can find some suitable AB effects,so the AB's will work properly in FSX.I don't think I'll find any,for now.

Do you find the inboard afterburner effects do not display correctly when using the F104 effects? the outboard effects display fine, but depending what angle I view the rear of the plane the inner AB effects in the jet pipe disappear, the trail of flame stays put though......?
