A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Other

Description: This freeware package adds new V(S)TOL & Hover features to Alphasim's FSX MV22-Osprey.

Besides true vertical takeoff & landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward, sideways and turn, while in a hover.

This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics when the nacelles are rotated out of the normal flight position; in short, it's a V(S)TOL & Hover FDE coded in a gauge.

The README includes extensive installation and flying instructions.

For FSX-SP2 or FSX-Acceleration ONLY !!!!

Addition: this package requires the Microsoft C/C++ runtime library to be installed.

Symptom: if nacelles are fully vertical, you throttle up and the aircraft shoots away over the runway as before installing my addon, you need to install this library.

You can also check in Windows Configuration menu (Programs); there should be an installed program
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable".

If not, download it at

and run the .exe file.
