Lewis, if holes in parts of the external model are effected using alpha (see-through bits on the texture) the .mos file won't work - that means no bullet holes showing when it gets shot at.
Johno_UK's lovely Meteor uses this method to model the air brakes, so there's no .mos file for it. I remember some discussion with him about this known limitation in CFS3, but the other problem with that model is catching the blighter to shoot holes in it!![]()
