Do I remember it, I'm still not over it! All those mapping problems, that couldn't be fixed! Aaaaaaghhh!!
Think I did manage my quota, but one or two might of slipped the net? Thanks for the reminder Scott!
We did have fun in the early days though, didn't we?

Bout ' time you stopped teasing us with that Tempest Tom, looking fab!!

I wasn't going to post anything until I saw Loics post and I couldn't believe it's been a couple of days since anyone added anything!

So here's my effort, this screenie is the latest wip of the BoB scenery. I have been taking a break recently but managed to get in a few hours and replace some of the dodgy field textures and remake the lso files.

To add a little more mist to RS, some shots of formosa wip. What happens when you fly from CFS3 summer latitude into winter latitude. goofy.

Very nice Clive! It would be nice to see a before and after picture, always easier that way to fully appreciate the improvements!

    No pics Bob? :(

    It is automn season?
There's only one season at the moment and to be honest I can't see me getting around to doing any others. The BoB timescale was July to October so arguably one texture set could cover it at a stretch..well that's my excuse anyway. lol.
The trees are straight from Johnnos ETO set, they need tweaking too. Pers new ones may do the job.

Hadn't thought of that and I've overwrtiien the old ones now.
This old shot shows the offending textures on the right by the sea. The trees are out of line with the fields. I discovered recently in the 'landclasses'.xml file that cfs3 doesn't always pair the mos and lso files together. It's taken months and months to realize this!

Mr Pat: squeeze out some time - it's beautiful

Every time you think we can't improve CFS# anymore, something wonderful emerges. (I know about the lack of time: starting up my own business, so no time left whatever).

Nice work! Your are a dedicated artist!

Must have found them offensive. Will post them on the team forum.

Very, very, beautiful England (and BoB)...., Clive. Superb.

(Probably a silly q...have n't loaded it yet): do bits of the new 'Winding Man/Scenary' for ETO help you with it?

Ok, that's perfect, don't need to excuse! The screen shot was looking brown, this is why I was asking if it was autumn. The screen shot with the De Havilland looks more green so, it is perfect to cover july - october as you said.
