Legandary F-104 Starfighter

Hi

I´m have trouble to reinstall Captain Sim´s Legendary F-104 Starfighter.

Have the ordernumber, bur it seams to be not valid anymore.

I get a error says they not have the ordernumber in the record.

I have another install key, when I use that, a small cpt sim window popps up ans say "Redis", when I click OK nothing happens.

I ´m conectet to the net.

I have use capt sim support but to no avile. Get a standard messinge of som sort I have to seack a KB# (Knowledge base), but I can´t find that.

Well - The cpt Sim support send me by e-mail recower for ordernumber.

I get only ordernumbers for Mig-21 & Yak-3, regard I bought the F-104 at the same time.

I have bought other products from Cpt Sim : Mig-21 & Yak-3 and these install like a brice.

Has anybode the same issue ?

I had the same problem(I think).You might try the offline activation method,that fixed it for me.In fact I was just in the CS 104 a few minutes ago.

I´m try that. No connection to internet. All I get is "Server temporary unaviable. Pleace, try again later"

Or what do you mean with offline activation ?

Myself and one of my friends had the same trouble. I recommend going through the support page and finding the help link to redownload your product. I ended up having to replace every one of my old CS installers with updated ones after the originals I had would no longer work.

Well DennyBoy I will try to steer you in the proper direction.

1: go to Captain Sim and Check-In,
2: select "Legendary F-104" on the Profile page,
3: Click on "Active Services" under Customer Support,
4: click on "Search KB or Submit New Ticket",
5: at option "A" (A with a circle around it) select "Legendary F-104" and "Download Installation" and click Search,
Last: the Offline Activation information is number "5",click on that.

At last I have the installing of the starfighter fixed.

I´m do what you say. And i recive a new activations cod for install offline.

I´t whas my fault. edit the wrong spelling in my e-mail adress, so it take a long time.

They where very helpfull at Captan Sim.

Mmmm I think this is going to be an increasing problem with a number of products in the future. It seems you can pay for the product and use it until they say otherwise, CD versions do seem to have better longevity than downloads.

planejunky: I agree.That seems to be the trend lately,with older CaptSim products anyways.
