    Antennas - Rigging - Types

I need your input on the antenna configuration to use. I have put together the options I see in pictures (there may be more).

What antenna(s) configuration should we use here.

    Thanks

I still have little items to do, antennas, prop blade shapes, nose guns, hardpoints, flap guides, nacelle to wing interfaces, etc. but should get all that done this week.
I'm going to log lots of hours in this one! She sure is purty!

I'll vote for the first photo, looks cleaner. Thanks.

After looking again, I think the third photo is from the same aircraft as the first walkaround I listed, with all antennae removed. Maybe too clean?

The bottom photo is out of the Pilots Handbook but I have never seen this configuration of a real aircraft of the time.

The first photo has what appears to be prevalent in most period photos.

Thanks; that's the configuration I used.

Now, as an enemy fighter, not sure I would want this in my face, or area, or neighborhood.

Hardpoints (and various accessories), tanks, nose guns, and antennae added.

Plenty of oohs and aahs here. Each of your new aircraft becomes my new best friend. Gonna use the wonderful A-26 pilot?

    Thanks.

Yeah, baby! And you need to turn that red light back on in the cockpit to give it that "sinister" look, Milton. She may be short and tubby, but she hits HARD!!!

A little test in FS9 to see how it all looks ...

Yes, the A26B pilot is the one I prefer. It was done by Jan Visser for the A26 project, and excellent job by the master himself.

EDIT: Got the nose gun length and position corrected and gun ports cut into the fuselage nose.

Outstanding work Milton... love your twin powered birds!!! I seemed to fly most of your aircraft than any of the payware stuff.

    p.s. A-26 worn cockpit textures available... http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...l=1#post713967

Looking absolutely cracker, Milton! I can't wait to do a repaint of it hopefully to represent an examnple that the RNZAF had for a short time! Thank you for all your work which is just looking so good!
Is it one of those things on your WIP list tto smooth over that odd part sitting under the tail stabilizer?

All the photos I've seen show a pretty distinct fillet there, looks spot-on to me?

Yes, I just have a basic structure there, still a WIP.
