    81. (in the US) A midshipman's cap device is a fouled anchor. A comissioned officer's cap device is the eagle, shield, and dual fouled anchors. At commander, a row of oak leaves (scrambled eggs) is added to the cap brim, and at admiral, there is a double row.

    You may well be right, but regrettably, I forgot to state that these questions are about the Royal Navy only.
