Thread: FsX native freeware aircraft list

I've checked and there is indeed an interior model (VC.MDL) and an exterior model (Il-86.MDL) in the "model.cfg" file from the Kirill Konovalov's Ilyushin 86, a sure sign of a native FSX aircraft. But you're right, the Il-96 is a port over.

Good catch! Can't wait to swap the EH101 VC into this one... More pics later... [Edit: Here they are]

Nice, but not as nice as the famous Mil Mi-8T/MT for FS9 by Vladimir Zhygulskiy...

Use eyepoint = 13.5, 1.45, -6.2 with EH101 vc... Props need some fixin'...

Really? The download link on the page I linked to goes directly to the installer.

Updated again to this point. I've included the JF 152 as it does seem to be available to all but only from their site.

Edit: just added the Bruce Fitzgerald/FSN AT802 'Fire Boss'. Although release as an unfinished beta it's still a nice aircraft to have.

Rare Wings has several FsX aircraft: http://www.rarewings.com/index.mvc?page=aircraft

The Stearman-Hammond is native, but I'm not sure about the others.

Does anyone have the links for Tim Conrad's F-5A and OH6A? I can't find them at all. Thanks.
